4684 BROOKSIDE ROAD, ABRAMS, WI 54101 OCONTO COUNTY, WISCONSIN
OWNER: The Town of Pensaukee hereby gives notice that sealed bids are being requested for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for crack sealing, mastic application and chip sealing on town roadways.
SCOPE OF WORK: The work for which bids are requested includes, but not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for crack sealing, mastic application and chip sealing portions of the following town roadways:
- Brookside Cemetery Road
- Krueger’s Quarry Road
- Monette Road
BIDDING REQUIREMENTS AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: To obtain a detailed scope of work description with full project requirements, please contact the Town of Pensaukee town clerk. The email address for the clerk is: [email protected]
TIME: Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Town of Pensaukee, 4684 Brookside Road, Abrams, WI 54101 no later than 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026. After the official bid closing time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud during the monthly town board meeting at 6:00 PM that same date.
BIDS: All bids must be sealed and marked “Bid on Town of Pensaukee Chip Sealing” Town of Pensaukee, 4684 Brookside Road, Abrams, Wi 54101.
Bids delivered by electronic mail or facsimile transmission will be rejected outright and not considered.
Bids received which are not received on time will be rejected.
BID REJECTION: The bids must meet the project specifications. The Town of Pensaukee reserves the right to waive any informalities or technicalities and to reject any and all bids or parts thereof deemed unsatisfactory or not in the Town’s interest in the Town’s sole determination.
