Public hearing shall be held by the Town Board of the Town of Pensaukee at the Town of Pensaukee Town Hall, 4684 Brookside Road, Abrams, Wisconsin, on February 10, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., to discuss the proposed discontinuance of the following described Town road initiated by introduction of Resolution #2025-1209-01 by the Town Board of the Town of Pensaukee under § 66.1003(4)(b), Wis. Stats., specifically:

            Portions of Duescher Lane, lying within the Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of the Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) Section 18, Township 27N, Range 21E, are proposed to be discontinued and abandoned, more specifically the entirety of that portion of said town road lying West of a point commencing approximately 1,226.80 feet from the centerline of County Highway J.
