PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN OF PENSAUKEE – PLAN COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Pensaukee Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on October 6th, 2026 at 5:30 pm at Pensaukee Town Hall, 4684 Brookside Rd, Abrams, WI 54101 to receive public comment regarding the proposed amendments to the Town’s 20-Year Comprehensive Plan.
The purpose of the hearing is to gather input from residents, property owners, and other interested parties before the Plan Commission makes a recommendation to the Town Board regarding adoption of the amendments by ordinance.
This hearing is being held pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes §§ 62.23(2) and (3) (as made applicable to towns under § 60.22(3)) and § 66.1001(4), which require that a public hearing be held with a published Class 1 notice under Chapter 985, Wis. Stats. prior to adoption or amendment of a comprehensive plan.
Copies of the proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan are available for public review at:
- 4684 Brookside Rd, Abrams, WI 54101 during regular business hours
Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk at 4684 Brookside Rd, Abrams, WI 54101 prior to the hearing. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at the hearing.
