NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT

PROJECT:  Gravel delivery and installation at end of Pecor Point Rd, shoulder of Hebsure Rd, shoulder of Pensaukee Bayshore Rd, Winans Ln, and the end of Duescher Ln.

DATE OF CONTRACT AWARD:     July 14, 2026

AMOUNT OF CONTRACT AWARD:     $14,035.00

CONTRACTOR:  Peters Concrete CO., 1516 Atkinson Drive, Green Bay, 54303, PH 920-494-3700

Pursuant to Wis. Adm. Code 985.02, notice is hereby given that the Town of Pensaukee will enter into a Contract for labor and materials relating to the delivery and installation of gravel at end of Pecor Point Rd, shoulder of Hebsure Rd, shoulder of Pensaukee Bayshore Rd, Winans Ln, and the end of Duescher Ln.

The contract for this work will be officially approved and executed at the Regular Town of Pensaukee Board Meeting which is scheduled for July 14, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Pensaukee Town Hall, 4685 Brookside Road, Abrams, WI  54101.
