NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Discontinuance of a Part of Duescher Lane in the

Town of Pensaukee, Oconto County, Wisconsin

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing shall be held by the Town Board of the Town of Pensaukee at the Town of Pensaukee Town Hall, 4684 Brookside Road, Abrams, Wisconsin, on

February 10, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., to discuss the proposed discontinuance of the following described Town road initiated by introduction of Resolution #2025-1209-01 by the Town Board of the Town of Pensaukee under § 66.1003(4)(b), Wis. Stats., specifically:

            Portions of Duescher Lane, lying within the Southeast Quarter (SE ¼) of the Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) Section 18, Township 27N, Range 21E, are proposed to be discontinued and abandoned, more specifically the entirety of that portion of said town road lying West of a point commencing approximately 1,226.80 feet from the centerline of County Highway J.

Anyone interested in the proposed discontinuance of this portion of Duescher may attend and comment on the proposed action.  The Town Board will act on the resolution at a Town Board  meeting following the public hearing. A copy of the resolution including a map of the portions of the town road proposed to be discontinued may be obtained by contacting the Town Clerk at (920) 826-2010.

The Town Clerk shall properly post or publish this resolution as required under § 66.1003, Wis. Stats.
